Our agents are salaried professionals—not commission-driven salespeople. This allows us to focus solely on what is in your best interest. We will never recommend a policy that does not truly serve your needs. If your current coverage is the best option, we will tell you—and gladly review your policy again at renewal.

Our Story

Steven and his son Michael were both Allstate agents when they realized they wanted to offer their clients more choice and flexibility. Rather than being limited to a single carrier, they set out to create an independent agency that could truly serve its clients.

Through the Strategic Insurance Agency Alliance (SIAA)—the largest independent insurance agency alliance in the country—we gained access to leading carriers such as Travelers, The Hartford, Nationwide, and many more.

Theiss Insurance Agency opened in December 2013 and has proudly served Florida families and businesses ever since.
