They were there for me during hurricane Ian when I needed help and have been there with me through ups and downs in all seasons of my life no matter how difficult and are very responsive to email communication. Our agent, Ian helped us a great deal in dealing with our insurance company after the storm "Ian". He was able to get in contact with the adjuster when we could get no response. He always works with us to be sure we are getting the best coverage for the money. It is very comforting knowing you have someone who is looking out for you and has your best interest in mind.

Nothing to add except there is no deception, you know exactly what you are paying for, they have done all the research and if they know you, they match you to the perfect policy "if there is such a thing), and most of all and the most important to me, THEY CARE ABOUT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE. Can't believe I hit it perfect when I first moved to Florida when I called this agency, I never looked back and have never had a reason find another agency for all my insurance needs. If you decide to use them know this about this review, other than casual visits to their office and do not know anyone in this agency personally, but they always treat you like you are family. Oh yea did I mention? This is a entirely family run business, with Mom, Dad, brothers and sisters and inlaws.

Very hard to get a hold of before, and after the Hurricane.
It’s easier just to call Nationwise myself because they are not good at getting back with you at all. Even email takes a couple days and this was prior to the hurricane.

I found this insurance company through a referral from a friend of mine. they were able to give me the same coverage as I currently had but save me thousands of dollars! Peter is a delight to speak with on the phone and is very helpful and prompt. I definitely recommend these guys to any homeowner.

I had an emergency need for a particular insurance in order to complete a job and was calling agencies all over probably at least eight and no help anywhere .. I then was referred to Peter by a friend and his soft spoken demeanor and diligence in asking exactly what was necessary in my thoughts led him to the perfect scenario for my need..
